Reserve Request List

Overview #

The Reserve Request List page displays a table of reserve requests, allowing administrators to manage and track reserve requests made by customers. Each reserve request entry contains essential information such as customer details, currency, amount, status, and options for editing or deleting requests.

Usage Instructions #

1. Access Reserve Request List:
   • From the sidebar menu, navigate to Reserve Request and click on Reserve Request List.
2. View Reserve Requests:
   • On the Reserve Request List page, you will find a table listing all reserve requests.
   • Review the information presented in each row to understand the details of the reserve requests.
3. Manage Reserve Requests:
   • Use the table options to manage reserve requests:
     • Edit: Click on the Edit button in the Action column to modify the details of a reserve request.
     • Delete: Click on the Delete button to permanently remove a reserve request from the system.
     • Status Toggle: Switch between “Confirmed” and “Pending” statuses by toggling the switch button in the Status column.

Field Descriptions #

• No: Unique identifier for the reserve request.
• Name: Customer’s name associated with the reserve request.
• Email: Customer’s email address.
• Currency: The currency for which the reserve request is made.
• Amount: The amount of currency requested for reserve.
• Phone: Customer’s phone number.
• Comment: Any additional comments or notes provided by the customer.
• Status: Indicates whether the reserve request is confirmed or pending.
• Action: Provides options to edit or delete the reserve request.

Important Notes #

• Status Change: Administrators can change the status of reserve requests between “Confirmed” and “Pending” as needed.
• Review Details: Review all details carefully before editing or deleting a reserve request to ensure accuracy.
• Permanence: Deleting a reserve request is permanent and cannot be undone.
