Reserve Request Edit

Overview #

The Reserve Request Edit page allows administrators to modify the details of a reserve request. This functionality is useful for updating information such as customer details, currency, amount, status, and comments associated with a reserve request.

Usage Instructions #

  1. Access Reserve Request Edit Page:
    • Navigate to the Reserve Request List from the sidebar menu.
    • Find the reserve request you want to edit and click on the Edit button in the Action column.
  2. Modify Reserve Request Details:
    • On the Reserve Request Edit page, you will find a form pre-filled with the existing details of the reserve request.
    • Update the necessary fields with the new information:
      • Customer: Change the customer associated with the reserve request, if required.
      • Currency: Modify the currency for which the reserve request is made.
      • Amount: Update the amount of currency requested for reserve.
      • Status: Change the status of the reserve request to “Confirmed” or “Pending” as needed.
      • Comment: Edit or add any additional comments or notes related to the reserve request.
  3. Submit Changes:
    • After making the desired modifications, click on the Save or Update button to apply the changes to the reserve request.

Field Descriptions #

  • Customer: Allows selection or modification of the customer associated with the reserve request.
  • Currency: Enables changing the currency for which the reserve request is made.
  • Amount: Allows updating the amount of currency requested for reserve.
  • Status: Enables switching between “Confirmed” and “Pending” statuses for the reserve request.
  • Comment: Provides a text field to edit or add additional comments or notes.
