Change Password

Step 1: Navigate to the Profile Settings Page #

Start by navigating to the profile settings page of the website. The URL for this page is https://license.roboexchanger.com/profile/settings.

Step 2: Access the Sign-in Method Card #

On the profile settings page, look for the “Sign-in Method” Card. Within this card, you will find the option to change your password.

Step 3: Click on the Reset Password Button #

Click on the “Reset Password” button, which is located on the right side of the Sign-in Method Card.

Step 4: Enter Your Existing Password #

In the provided field, enter your current password. This is to ensure that it’s really you who is making the changes to your account.

Step 5: Enter Your New Password #

In the next field, enter your new password. The password must contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character (@$!%*?&).

Step 6: Confirm Your New Password #

Re-enter your new password in the “Confirm Password” field. This is to ensure that you have typed your new password correctly.

Step 7: Submit Your New Password #

Click on the  “Update Password” button to finalize the password change. Once your password has been successfully changed, you should be able to log in to your account using your new password.
