FAQ List

The FAQ List provides administrators with an overview of all existing FAQs on the platform. From here, administrators can manage FAQs, including editing, deleting, and viewing detailed information.

FAQ List Table #

The FAQ List table displays essential information about each FAQ, including the FAQ question, status, and actions available for each FAQ.

  • Title (FAQ Question): Displays the question of the FAQ.
  • Status: Indicates whether the FAQ is published or in draft mode.
  • Action: Provides options to edit, delete, or view details for each FAQ.

Actions #

  • Edit: Allows administrators to modify the content of an FAQ.
  • Delete: Permanently remove an FAQ from the system.
  • Details: Provides a detailed view of an FAQ, including the question and answer.

Usage Instructions #

  1. Log In to Admin Panel:
    • Log in to the Roboexchanger admin panel using your administrator credentials.
  2. Navigate to FAQ List:
    • Go to the FAQ section.
    • Click on FAQ List.
  3. View FAQ Details:
    • Scan the FAQ List table to find the FAQ you want to review.
    • Click on the Details button in the Action column to view the full question and answer of an FAQ.
  4. Edit or Delete FAQ:
    • To edit an FAQ, click on the Edit button.
    • To delete an FAQ, click on the Delete button. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

By following these instructions, administrators can efficiently manage and review existing FAQs, ensuring that users have access to accurate and up-to-date information about the platform.
