Exchange Direction Create

Overview #

The Add Exchange Direction page allows administrators to define the exchange rules between two different currencies. This setup enables users to exchange one currency for another based on specified rates and conditions.

  1. Access the Exchange Direction:
    • From the admin dashboard, navigate to the Exchange Direction section.
    • Click on Add Exchange Direction to create a new exchange rule.

Prerequisite #

  • Ensure that there are at least 2 currencies available in the currency list.

Form Fields and Descriptions #

  1. User Send:
    • Description: Select the currency that the user will send for the exchange.
    • Requirement: Required.
  2. Exchange From Rate:
    • Description: The rate at which the currency will be exchanged from the user’s sending currency.
    • Requirement: Required.
  3. User Receive:
    • Description: Select the currency that the user will receive after the exchange.
    • Requirement: Required.
  4. Exchange To Rate:
    • Description: The rate at which the currency will be exchanged to the user’s receiving currency.
    • Requirement: Required.
  5. Minimum Send Amount:
    • Description: The minimum amount the user must send for the exchange to be valid.
    • Requirement: Required.
  6. Maximum Receive Amount:
    • Description: The maximum amount that can be exchanged in a single transaction.
    • Requirement: Required.
  7. Allow Affiliate Commission:
    • Description: Option to allow an affiliate commission. If selected, a percentage of the commission will be given to the user.
    • Options: Yes/No.
    • Requirement: Required.
  8. Status:
    • Description: Set the status of the exchange direction to active or inactive.
    • Options: Active/Inactive.
    • Requirement: Required.
  9. Auto Rate:
    • Description: Automatically apply the exchange rate, updated every hour.
    • Options: Yes/No.
    • Requirement: Optional.
  10. Auto Rate Profit:
    • Description: Add a percentage or fixed profit to the auto rate. This will be added to the exchange rate.
    • Requirement: Required if Auto Rate is Yes.
  11. Select Parser Name
    • Description: Choose the parser source for retrieving exchange rates.
    • Requirement: Required when Auto Rate is enabled. Supported parsers include: Binance, Whitebit, Roboexchanger, Cryptomus/Heleket, Gate.io, KuCoin, MEXC, EXMO, and MoneyGo.
  12. Parser Symbol
    • Description: Define the currency pair symbol used by the selected parser (e.g., BTC/USDT).
    • Requirement: Required if using Auto Rate.
  13. Customer KYC Verification
    • Description: Choose whether customer verification is required to access this exchange direction.
    • Options: Required / Not Required
    • Requirement: Optional.
  14. Hide from Unverified Users
    • Description: Choose whether this exchange direction should be hidden from users who are not verified.
    • Options: Yes / No
    • Requirement: Optional.
  15. Payment AML
    • Description: Choose the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification requirement for payments in this direction.
    • Options: No AML / [Other AML options if configured]
    • Requirement: Optional.
  16. Direction Note
    • Description: Add any additional notes or instructions for this exchange direction.
    • Requirement: Optional

Usage Instructions #

Step-by-Step Instructions #

  1. Navigate to Exchange Direction Edit Page:
    • From the admin dashboard, go to Exchange Direction.
    • Click on Exchange Direction List.
    • In the Action column, click on the Edit button for the desired exchange direction.
  2. Edit Exchange Direction Details:
    • User Send: Select the currency that the user sends.
    • Exchange From Rate: Enter the exchange rate for the sending currency.
    • User Receive: Select the currency that the user receives.
    • Exchange To Rate: Enter the exchange rate for the receiving currency.
    • Minimum Send Amount: Enter the minimum amount allowed for exchange.
    • Maximum Send Amount: Enter the maximum amount allowed for exchange.
    • Allow Affiliate Commission: Toggle Yes or No to allow/disallow affiliate commissions.
    • Status: Set the status to Active or Inactive.
    • Auto Rate: Toggle Yes or No to enable/disable automatic rate updates.
    • Auto Rate Profit: Enter the percentage or fixed amount profit added if Auto Rate is enabled.
    • Select Parser Name: Choose the appropriate parser if Auto Rate is enabled.
    • Parser Symbol: Enter the currency pair symbol as used by the selected parser (e.g., BTC/USDT).
    • Customer KYC Verification: Choose whether KYC verification is required.
    • Hide from Unverified Users: Toggle to hide this direction from users who are not verified.
    • Payment AML: Select the AML option if applicable.
    • Direction Note: Add any helpful notes or special instructions (optional).
  3. Save Changes:
    • Once all necessary changes are made, click the Save button to update the exchange direction details.
