Customer Verification

If the account verification system is enabled in the settings, customers are required to verify their identity by submitting personal documentation and a selfie. Administrators can manage customer verifications from the admin panel.

Verification Pending List #

In the Verification Pending list, administrators can view pending verification requests from customers.

Verification Process #

  1. Access Customer Details:
    • Locate the customer whose verification request you want to review.
    • Click on the Details button.
  2. View Customer Profile:
    • On the Customer Profile view, review the customer’s details.
  3. Documentation Verification:
    • On the right side of the page, find the Documentation Verification section.
    • Select Verified if the documentation provided by the customer is verified.
    • Select Unverified if the documentation is not verified.
  4. Selfie Verification:
    • Follow the same process for Selfie Verification as Documentation Verification.

Usage Instructions #

  1. Log In to Admin Panel:
    • Log in to the Roboexchanger admin panel with your administrator credentials.
  2. Navigate to Verification Pending:
    • Go to the Customer section.
    • Click on Verification Pending.
  3. Review Verification Requests:
    • Review the list of pending verification requests from customers.
  4. Verify Documentation:
    • Click on Details to access a customer’s profile.
    • Verify the documentation provided by selecting Verified or Unverified.
  5. Verify Selfie:
    • Follow the same process for selfie verification as for documentation verification.

By following these steps, administrators can efficiently manage customer verifications, ensuring compliance with account verification requirements set by the platform.
