Payment Proof #

  • Description: Determines whether customers need to submit proof of payment.
  • Required: Yes
  • Options:
    • Yes: Customers must submit payment proof to complete the exchange.
    • No: Payment proof is not required for completing the exchange.
  • Example: Select “Yes” if you want to verify each transaction with proof of payment to enhance security.

Exchange Require Login #

  • Description: Specifies whether customers must log in to perform an exchange.
  • Required: Yes
  • Options:
    • Yes: Customers need to log in with their registered credentials to perform an exchange.
    • No: Customers can perform exchanges without logging in.
  • Example: Select “Yes” if you want to restrict exchanges to registered and logged-in users only.

Customer Verified Before Exchange #

  • Description: Determines if customers need to verify their identity before performing an exchange.
  • Required: Yes
  • Options:
    • Yes: Customers must log in and complete identity verification by submitting necessary documentation. Only fully verified customers can perform exchanges.
    • No: Customers do not need to verify their identity to perform an exchange.
  • Example: Select “Yes” if you want to ensure that only verified customers can exchange currency, enhancing security and compliance.

Exchange Reserve Minutes #

  • Description: The amount of time (in minutes) that funds will be reserved for a customer when they initiate an exchange. If the customer does not complete the exchange within this time frame, the reserved funds will be released, and the exchange will be automatically deleted.
  • Required: Yes
  • Type: Integer
  • Example: Set to 30 if you want to reserve funds for 30 minutes for each initiated exchange.

Exchange Notice #

  • Description: A custom notice or message that you want to display to customers on the final step of the exchange process.
  • Required: No
  • Type: Text
  • Example: “Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing the exchange. Contact support if you encounter any issues.”

Configuration Instructions #

  1. Payment Proof:
    • Navigate to the Settings Menu.
    • Select Exchange Settings.
    • Find the Payment Proof option and select either “Yes” or “No” based on your requirement.
  2. Exchange Require Login:
    • Navigate to the Settings Menu.
    • Select Exchange Settings.
    • Find the Exchange Require Login option and select either “Yes” or “No”.
  3. Customer Verified Before Exchange:
    • Navigate to the Settings Menu.
