The account settings allow you to configure various verification processes to ensure the security and legitimacy of user accounts on your Roboexchanger platform. These settings include phone verification, document verification, and selfie verification. Below are the detailed descriptions and instructions for configuring each setting:

Phone Verification #

• Description: Determines whether users need to verify their phone number during the account setup process. This requires an SMS API for sending OTP (One-Time Password) via SMS.
• Required: Yes
• Options:
  • Yes: Users must verify their phone number via an OTP sent through SMS.
  • No: Phone number verification is not required.
• Additional Requirements: SMS settings and an APN SMS API for sending OTP.
• Example: Select “Yes” if you want to ensure users verify their phone number to enhance account security.

Document Verification #

• Description: Specifies whether users need to verify their identity by submitting documentation. Acceptable documents include National ID (NID), Passport, or Driving License. The verification process is handled manually by an admin.
• Required: Yes
• Options:
  • Yes: Users must submit documentation for identity verification, which the admin will manually review and approve.
  • No: Document verification is not required.
• Example: Select “Yes” if you want to ensure a higher level of security by verifying user identities through official documents.

Selfie Verification #

• Description: Determines whether users need to verify their identity by submitting a selfie. The verification process is handled manually by an admin.
• Required: Yes
• Options:
  • Yes: Users must submit a selfie for verification, which the admin will manually review and approve.
  • No: Selfie verification is not required.
• Example: Select “Yes” if you want to add an additional layer of identity verification by requiring users to submit a selfie.

Configuration Instructions #

1. Phone Verification:
   • Navigate to the Settings Menu.
   • Select Account Settings.
   • Find the Phone Verification option and select either “Yes” or “No”.
   • If “Yes” is selected, ensure that the SMS settings are configured correctly and that you have an APN SMS API integrated for sending OTPs.
2. Document Verification:
   • Navigate to the Settings Menu.
   • Select Account Settings.
   • Find the Document Verification option and select either “Yes” or “No”.
   • If “Yes” is selected, prepare to manually review and verify submitted documents (NID, Passport, or Driving License).
3. Selfie Verification:
   • Navigate to the Settings Menu.
   • Select Account Settings.
   • Find the Selfie Verification option and select either “Yes” or “No”.
   • If “Yes” is selected, prepare to manually review and verify submitted selfies.
