Add Currency

Overview #

The “Add Currency” feature allows you to add new currencies to your platform. This feature is essential for enabling transactions in different currencies on your website or application. Before adding a currency, ensure that you have already added a payment gateway (Manual or API) that supports the desired currency.

Navigation #

1. Access the Currency Section:
   • Before adding a currency, ensure you have added a payment gateway (Manual or API).
   • Navigate to the Currency section from the sidebar menu.
2. Add Currency:
   • Once in the Currency section, locate the option to add a new currency.
   • Click on the Add Currency button to proceed to the currency creation form.

Form Fields #

Fill in the following fields to add a new currency:

• Currency Title: Enter the title/name of the currency.
• Currency Code: Specify the unique code associated with the currency.
• Network Code: If applicable, provide the network code for the currency.
• Gateway Type: Choose between Manual or API as the gateway type.
• Gateway: Select the desired payment gateway that supports the currency.
• Reserve Amount: Set the reserve amount required for the currency.
• Exchanger Fee: Specify the exchanger fee for currency transactions.
• Exchanger Fee Type: Choose between Fixed or Percentage for the fee type.
• Site Code: Enter the site code associated with the currency.
• XML Code: Provide the XML code related to the currency.
• Min Reserve Alert: Set up alerts for low reserves.
• Website: Enter the website associated with the currency.
• Cryptocurrency: Specify if the currency is a cryptocurrency (Yes/No).
• Sort Order: Set the order in which the currency will be displayed.
• Allow Send Payments: Allow sending payments in this currency (Yes/No).
• Allow Receive Payments: Allow receiving payments in this currency (Yes/No).
• Default Send Method: Set as the default sending method (Yes/No).
• Hide from Unregistered Users: Hide the currency from unregistered users (Yes/No).
• Status: Activate or deactivate the currency (Active/Deactive).
• Logo: Upload the logo associated with the currency.

Usage Instructions #

1. Navigate to Currency Section:
   • Go to the Currency section from the sidebar menu.
2. Add Currency:
   • Click on the Add Currency button.
3. Fill in the Form Fields:
   • Enter the required information into the respective fields.
4. Save Currency:
   • After filling in the necessary fields, click on the Save button to add the currency.
