Overview #
The Review Delete page allows administrators to permanently remove a customer review from the system. This action should be taken with caution as deleted reviews cannot be recovered.
Usage Instructions #
- Navigate to the Review List:
- From the sidebar menu, click on Review to access the Review List page.
- Select Review for Deletion:
- In the Review List table, locate the review you wish to delete.
- In the Action column for the selected review, click on the Delete button.
- Confirm Deletion:
- A confirmation window will appear, asking, “Are you sure?”.
- To proceed with the deletion, click on the Okay Got It button.
- To cancel the deletion, click on the Nope, Cancel It button.
Important Notes #
- Permanent Action: Deleting a review is permanent and irreversible. Once a review is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
- Impact: Ensure that deleting the review does not have adverse effects on your platform or business operations.
