The FAQ Edit function allows administrators to modify the content of an existing FAQ. This enables administrators to update FAQ answers, change the status, or revise the question to better address user inquiries.
FAQ Edit Form #
The FAQ Edit form presents the existing details of the FAQ, allowing administrators to make necessary modifications.
- Question: The current question of the FAQ.
- Status: The current status of the FAQ (published or draft).
- Answer: The current answer to the FAQ question.
Update FAQ Details #
- Edit FAQ Question: Modify the question in the Question field as needed.
- Update Status: Choose the appropriate status for the FAQ from the Status dropdown menu.
- Revise Answer: Update the answer to the FAQ question in the Answer field.
- Save Changes: Click on the Save or Submit button to apply the modifications.
Usage Instructions #
- Log In to Admin Panel:
- Log in to the Roboexchanger admin panel with your administrator credentials.
- Navigate to FAQ List:
- Go to the FAQ section.
- Click on FAQ List to access the list of existing FAQs.
- Select FAQ to Edit:
- Find the FAQ you want to edit in the list.
- Click on the Edit button in the Action column for the corresponding FAQ.
- Modify FAQ Details:
- Update the question, status, and answer fields as required.
- Save Changes:
- After making the necessary modifications, click on the Save or Submit button to save the changes to the FAQ.
