Customer Delete

The Customer Delete function allows administrators to remove a customer from the system. This action is irreversible, so proceed with caution.

Delete Customer #

  1. Access Customer Profile:
    • Log in to the Roboexchanger admin panel.
    • Navigate to the Customer section.
    • Click on Customer List.
    • Locate the customer whose profile you wish to delete and click on the Profile button in the Action column.
  2. Delete Customer:
    • On the Customer Profile page, you will see the Delete User button.
    • Click on the Delete User button.
    • A confirmation window will pop up asking, “Are you sure?”
    • Click on the Okay Got It button to confirm the deletion.
    • If you do not want to delete the customer, click on the Nope, Cancel It button to cancel the action.

Warning #

  • Irreversible Action: Once deleted, the customer’s information cannot be recovered. Ensure you want to permanently remove the customer’s details before proceeding with the deletion.

Usage Instructions #

  1. Log In to Admin Panel:
    • Log in to the Roboexchanger admin panel with your administrator credentials.
  2. Navigate to Customer List:
    • Go to the Customer section.
    • Click on Customer List.
  3. Access Customer Profile:
    • Find the customer you want to delete in the list.
    • Click on the Profile button in the Action column next to the respective customer.
  4. Delete Customer:
    • On the Customer Profile page, click the Delete User button.
    • Confirm the deletion by clicking Okay Got It in the pop-up window.

By following these steps, you can delete a customer from the Roboexchanger platform. Ensure that you understand this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
