The Customer Profile page allows you to view detailed information about a specific customer.
Customer Profile Page #
On the Customer Profile page, you will see various sections displaying the customer’s information. These sections include personal details, contact information, and verification status.
Profile Sections #
Personal Information #
- First Name: The customer’s first name.
- Last Name: The customer’s last name.
- Email: The customer’s email address.
- Gender: The customer’s gender.
- Birth Date: The customer’s birth date.
- Join Date: The date the customer joined the platform.
- Status: The customer’s account status (Active/Deactive).
Contact Information #
- Phone: The customer’s phone number.
- Telegram Chat ID: The customer’s Telegram Chat ID.
- Address: The customer’s address.
- City: The customer’s city.
- State: The customer’s state.
- Zip Code: The customer’s ZIP code.
- Country: The customer’s country.
- Timezone: The customer’s timezone.
Verification Status #
- Verified Email: Indicates if the customer’s email is verified.
- Verified Phone: Indicates if the customer’s phone number is verified.
- Verified Document: Indicates if the customer’s documents are verified.
- Verified Selfie: Indicates if the customer’s selfie is verified.
- Verification Progress: Displays the customer’s verification progress as a percentage.
Additional Information #
- Newsletter Subscription: Indicates if the customer is subscribed to the newsletter.
- Discount: Any discount applicable to the customer.
Uploaded Files #
- Photo: The customer’s profile photo.
- Document File 1: The first document uploaded by the customer.
- Document File 2: The second document uploaded by the customer.
- Selfie File: The selfie file uploaded by the customer.
Usage Instructions #
- Access Customer Profile:
- Log in to the Roboexchanger admin panel.
- Navigate to the Customer section.
- Click on Customer List.
- Locate the customer whose profile you wish to view and click on the Profile button in the Action column.
- View Profile Details:
- On the Customer Profile page, review the various sections displaying the customer’s personal and contact information, verification status, and any uploaded files.
- Edit Customer Details (if necessary):
- If you need to update any information, navigate back to the Customer List and use the Edit button in the Action column for the respective customer.
By following these instructions, you can easily access and review detailed information about any customer registered on your Roboexchanger platform.
