Customer List

This section allows you to view and manage the list of customers registered on your Roboexchanger platform.

Customer List Page #

On the Customer List page, you will see a table displaying the details of all customers. The table includes the following columns:

  • First Name: Displays the first name of the customer.
  • Last Name: Displays the last name of the customer.
  • Email: Displays the email address of the customer.
  • Phone: Displays the phone number of the customer.
  • Gender: Displays the gender of the customer.
  • Status: Displays the status of the customer, either Active or Deactivate.
  • Action: Provides options to view the customer’s profile or edit their details.

Field Descriptions #

  • First Name: This field shows the first name of the customer.
  • Last Name: This field shows the last name of the customer.
  • Email: This field shows the email address associated with the customer.
  • Phone: This field shows the customer’s phone number.
  • Gender: This field shows the gender of the customer (e.g., Male, Female, Other).
  • Status: This field shows whether the customer is currently active or deactivated on the platform.
    • Active: The customer is active and can use the services.
    • Deactive: The customer is inactive and cannot use the services.
  • Action: This column includes buttons for performing actions on the customer’s record:
    • Profile: Click to view the customer’s profile.
    • Edit: Click to edit the customer’s details.

Usage Instructions #

  1. Access Customer List Page:
    • Log in to the Roboexchanger admin panel.
    • Navigate to the Customer section.
    • Click on Customer List.
  2. View Customer Details:
    • The table will display a list of all customers with their details in the respective columns.
    • Review the customer information such as First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Gender, and Status.
  3. Manage Customer Status:
    • The Status column shows whether the customer is active or deactivate.
    • To change the status, you may need to edit the customer’s details by clicking on the Edit button in the Action column.
  4. Actions:
    • Profile: Click on the Profile button in the Action column to view detailed information about the customer.
    • Edit: Click on the Edit button in the Action column to update the customer’s information.
